Your character possesses a weapon, energy bolt, or touch power that inflicts a stunning attack. Stunning is little different than any other form of damage, except that it is resisted by Willpower as a defense instead of Strength. Stunning attacks cannot affect those who are unconscious.

Stunt--Resistance to Stunning: Your character gains Resistance to Stunning.
Stunt--Stun Bolt: Your character can shoot the stun blast to firing distance.
Stunt--Stun Wave: Your character can affect everyone within firing distance if he or she has an intensity of 8+.
