Near the end of Witch Hunter Robin, Robin finds herself capable of not only controlling fire, but all four elements. In the series, these are defined as genetic abilities; however, for this game, semi-nonsensicle requirements are needed to unlock the power.
Amaterasu
Requirements: Mangekyou Sharingan, Chakra Manipulation 5, Ninjutsu 5
Description: Amaterasu is an Eye Technique of the Mangekyo Sharingan. It is one of the most powerful ninjutsu in existence, opposite of Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu of similar power. This technique summons forth a conflagration of jet-black flames said to be as hot as the sun. The flames are extremely powerful, capable of burning through Jiraiya's Summoning: Toad Mouth Bind, which Jiraiya states to be fire retardant. Not surprisingly, it appears to use a large amount of chakra. Though stated in the data book to burn everything reflected on its retina, Zetsu also commented that the Amaterasu burns everything within Itachi's wide field of vision to cinders with an unholy black flame, to the degree of being able to burn an entire forest or village with it. Where ever the user focuses his eye on a object, the flames will appear at the exact spot without moving making it unavoidable as long as the user keeps his vision on the target.
Atomos
Requirements: Storm Blue Soil, Ash Gray Soil, Silent Black Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 4
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Atomos makes an appearance as a summon. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Atomos is: Storm Blue ("The anger that cuts off everything, Storm Blue!"), Ash Gray ("That which absorbs all color, Ash Gray!"), and Silent Black ("Finally, that which falls into the infinite darkness, Silent Black!"). Kaze follows by shouting "Descend now! Summoned Creature! Atomos!" as he fires the Magun. Atomos appears as an eye-like glyph (from the front, more like a fish in 3D) in the sky that possesses an extremely powerful vaccuum ability. It sucks up an entire castle as well as a good portion of the landscape before disappearing.
Awakened Seed
Requirements: Perception 2, Wits 2, Awareness 2, Occult 2, Spellcasting 2
Description: It the anime and manga series Witch Hunter Robin, witches obtain the power of witchcraft through genetics, who carry a gene called "seeds". A human whose seed as "awakened" is labeled a witch by the Solomon Executive Organization, a self-appointed witch police whose purpose is to curtail the use of witchcraft in society and to keep the witch kind in secret from the public. Each individual Witch's seed is capable of one form of a classic comic book superpower, such as pyschometry, pyrokinesis, telekinesis, heat transfer, life absorption, and others. Though this is presented as a genetic trait in the series, for this game semi-nonsensicle requirements are needed to unlock it.
Bahamut
Requirements: Tear Rainbow Soil, Soul Gunmetal Soil, Endless White Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 5
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, a Bahamut-like summon named Gun Dragon makes an appearance as the ultimate summon at Kaze's disposal. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Gun Dragon is: Tear Rainbow ("The light that fills your eyes, Tear Rainbow!"), Soul Gunmetal ("The ultimate Soul, Soul Gunmetal!"), and Endless White ("My life's spiral, Endless White!"). Unlike his other summons, Kaze does not already possess the Soil required to summon Bahamut and his allies offer up their own Soil. Kaze himself must turn into Endless White, also sacrificing his life in the process. This leaves Lisa to fire the Magun, shouting "Please, don't erase life!" as she pulls the trigger. Bahamut (aka Gun Dragon) appears as a giant white dragon with fan blades at the tips of his wings and a massive gun-like beak. He charges up a blast and easy overpowers the main antagonist of the series, destroying both it and its lair.
Barbarian Rage
Requirements: Strength 3, Stamina 3, Brawl 2, Intimidation 3, Melee 2
Description: A barbarian can fly into a rage a certain number of times per day. In a rage, a barbarian temporarily gains a +1 bonus to Strength, a +1 bonus to Stamina, and can resist mind-based attacks better but is hit easier in combat. While raging, a barbarian cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based Abilities or any abilities that require patience or concentration, nor can he cast spells or activate magic items that require a command word, a spell trigger (such as a wand), or spell completion (such as a scroll) to function. At the end of the rage, the barbarian loses the rage modifiers and restrictions and becomes fatigued (–1 penalty to Strength, –1 penalty to Dexterity, can’t charge or run) for the duration of the current encounter. A barbarian can fly into a rage only once per encounter. Entering a rage takes no time itself, but a barbarian can do it only during his action, not in response to someone else’s action.
Bismark
Requirements: Shark Gray Soil, Water Blue Soil, Crusher White Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 2
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Bismark makes an appearance as a summon. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Bismarck is: Shark Gray ("The one who tears apart boulders with its teeth, Shark Gray!", Water Blue ("The one who envelops all thirst, Water Blue!"), and Crusher White ("Finally, the one who feeds on emptiness, Crusher White!". Kaze follows by shouting "Cry! Summoned Creature! Bismark!" as he fires the Magun. Bismark appears as large white whale, exploding to life from inside a large insect. It slowly "swims" higher into the sky surrounded by a massive reverse waterfall that sweeps up all the enemies in the area. As it reaches the clouds, Bismark, the enemies, and the waterfall all vanish.
Blade Rush
Requirements: Strength 2, Dexterity 2, Melee 1
Description: "Dash attack that slices enemies in half." Laharl raises his sword in the air and then charges at the enemies in front of him. He stops right after passing them and backflips back to his inital position. Blade Rush does about the same damage as a normal attack (maybe a bit more), and requires the space ahead of him to not be obstructed.
Blazing Knuckle
Requirements: Electric Hellfire, Dexterity 3, Stamina 3, Melee 3
Description: A fire-based attack that surrounds Laharl's fist and with a punch explodes into a huge firey blast. Often he performs it from the air, coming down on top of the enemy.
Buku Jyutsu
Requirements: Stamina 2, Ki Manipulation 1
Description: Translates as "Levitation Technique". The character raises their ki, and literally floats on top of it. As the user becomes more skilled, they can manuever through the air by increasing and decreasing the output and direction of their ki. Any normal human in the Dragon Ball world can actually do this, they just need to be able to find their ki. Non-Androids and non-cyborgs can learn this ability.
Bunshin
Requirements: Stamina 3, Ki Manipulation 3
Description: A technique where the user can sprout independently acting and thinking duplicates of themselves that fight alongside them.
Bunshin Daibakuha
Requirements: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, Ninjutsu 4
Description: Translates as "Clone Great Explosion". This jutsu works in combination with the Shadow Clone Technique to create a shadow clone that will explode on command. The blast created is considerable, and could potentially kill an attacker engaged in hand-to-hand combat.
Bushitsu Shyutsu Gen Majyutsu
Requirements: Intelligence 2, Ki Manipulation 3, Spellcasting 3
Description: Translates as "Magic Materialism". This is the ability to make simple objects like clothes, weapons or crystal balls magically materialize. The items formed using this ability only last for one battle.
Celerity
Requirements: Vampire race, Dexterity 3, Stamina 3, Dodge 3, Fast-Draw 3
Description: Celerity is a Power that grants vampires supernatural speed and finesse by expending consumed blood. This Power provides the vampire with an additional action that can be used for movement, attacking, or other physical feats in a single round without penalties for multiple actions. This extraordinary speed violates the laws of physics in that only the vampire using it doesn't experience any change in momentum, friction, etc. A knife thrown by someone using Celerity isn't any faster, however a vampire moving at incredible speeds will never catch fire no matter how fast they move.
Charm Animal
Requirements: Charisma 3, Manipulation 2, Animal Ken 3
Description: This charm makes an animal regard you as his trusted friend and ally. An animal is defined as a nonhumanoid creature, usually a vertebrate, that possesses an Intelligence no higher than 1. This charm does not affect an animal that is being threatened or attacked by you or your allies. A charmed animal perceives your words and actions in a favorable way, but will never obey suicidal or obviously harmful orders. It may, however, believe you if you assured it that the only chance to save your life is for it to hold back an onrushing red dragon for "just a few seconds." Such a command is subject to the character's morality, though. Any action by you or your apparent allies that threatens the charmed animal immediately breaks the spell.
Chin-Kuu
Requirements: Occult 3, Summoning 3, Traps 2
Description: Chin-Kuu (Mirror Trick) looks like a very large tick (or a cross between a large spider about 30 cm wide and a ladybug, as it has eight legs instead of the six a normal tick does). It is mainly a defensive beast magic, useful to parry projectiles and other kinetic attacks and reflect beam ones, such as magic blasts and beam weapons. Some attacks which cannot be reflected (like a Sanjiyan's Power blast or some missiles) will dissipate harmlessly into the surroundings or will simply bounce on Chin-Kuu and fall to the ground. Unfortunately, due to its small size Chin-Kuu won't work well against power blasts or other "wide beam" attacks. Half of the damage from such an attack, sometimes even more, will always get past Chin-Kuu, probably causing it to fade and hitting its master. Chin-Kuu will stay around until it fades due to injury, and usually it will wait quietly wherever its master drops it, or hold tightly to its wielder's arm, resembling a small shield. Like any other summoned beast, it can be dismissed if it's no longer needed. It can also create webbing and a very strong one at that. Chin-Kuu can fly for short periods of time.
Chou Baku Retsu Ma Ha
Requirements: Stamina 4, Intelligence 2, Ki Manipulation 4
Description: During the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai, this was Piccolo's "Trump Card". It was probablly the most powerful attack performed in Dragon Ball and destroyed almost everything on Papaya Island. Piccolo needs to charge up for a long time before carrying out the attack, but when he's ready, he spreads all of his appendages out and lets loose a fantastic growing dome of destruction with him at the center.
Chunin Requirements
Requirements: Chakra Manipulation 3, Taijutsu 3, Ninjutsu 2
Description: This "Power" is a catchall for the techniques a vast majority of Chunin-rank shinobi possess. Included are Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique), Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking), Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), and Hein (Flying Swallow), the ability to imbue a bladed object with chakra and increase its sharpness, length, and density.
Dark Rage
Requirements: Neutral Alignment, Stamina 3, Use the Force 2
Description: You become enraged as the Dark Side flows through you, increasing your ability to hit and deal damage in melee. While you are consumed by rage, you cannot use Abilities or perform tasks that require patience or concentration.
Dimension Slash
Requirements: Strength 4, Dexterity 4, Stamina 3, Melee 5
Description: "Its power echoes throughout the universe." Character jumps back and backflips into the air, gathers energy, and slashes, causing a huge energy blade to slash onto your foes. Great Power and Range. Hits a rather large area directly in front of Laharl. Still not as much damage as Nightsever, though.
Dominate
Requirements: Vampire race, Charisma 3, Manipulation 3, Wits 3, Empathy 3, Intimidation 3
Description: Dominate is a Power that overwhelms another person's mind with the vampire's will, forcing victims to think or act according to the vampire's decree. While undeniably powerful, its use almost always adheres to two important restrictions: the user must meet the eyes of the target and must speak in language that is clearly heard and understood by the target. Furthermore, this Power cannot be used upon a more powerful vampire and cannot force someone to be self-destructive or defy their alignment. Using Dominate is often considered very heavy-handed, hardly appropriate within what passes for polite vampiric society, but it is also favored by those of age and status as a efficient means of asserting their authority.
Electric Hellfire
Requirements: Overlord race, Stamina 2, Perception 3, Awareness 3
Description: In the anime, Laharl is seen to be able to generate and manipulate a hellfire-like substance that crackles with electricity. He can coat weapons with the stuff -- including his fists -- or simply form energy balls out of it to throw at his opponents.
Energy Dan
Requirements: Ki Manipulation 1, Intelligence 2, Stamina 2
Description: The attack used by Gohan where he formed a ball of energy around him and flew on a collision course with Garlic Jr., knocking him into the Dead Zone.
Favored Enemy: Gnolls

Description: You use the Force to push a target away from you; it must be within 18 meters and line of sight is required. If you push the target into a larger object, the target takes minor damage. Using Force Thrust on objects larger than you requires substantial effort and Ranks in both Stamina and Use the Force.
Fortitude
Requirements: Vampire race, Stamina 4, Survival 3
Description: Fortitude is a Power that grants the vampires incredible resilience and the ability to resist the natural banes of the undead, fire and sunlight. A vampire with this ability is immune to all but the most powerful of firearms, and can pass through fire or sunlight for a few seconds without receiving any damage.
Frightful Presence
Requirements: Manipulation 2, Intimidation 3
Description: A young adult or older dragon can unsettle foes with its mere presence. The ability takes effect automatically whenever the dragon attacks, charges, or flies overhead. In this game's terms, this effect will rarely affect other player characters or their henchmen.
Genin Requirements
Requirements: Chakra Manipulation 1, Genjutsu 1, Ninjutsu 1, Taijutsu 1
Description: This "Power" is a catchall for the techniques taught to all potential shinobi prior to graduating from the academy. Included are Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique), Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique), Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique), Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique), Jibaku Fuda: Kassei (Exploding Tag: Activate), Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique).
Geokinesis

Getsuga Tenshō
Requirements: Shikai, Occult 3
Description: Zangetsu's special ability is the Getsuga Tenshō (Moon Fang Heaven-Piercer), which fires concentrated energy blasts from the tip of the blade in the shape of a crescent moon or in a shape of a wave. Ichigo uses this ability without knowing its name several times, but masters the technique later on when he discovers its name. As stated by Zangetsu in the anime, knowing the name of an attack increases its power greater than not knowing its name. The Getsuga Tenshō is a powerful technique with great force. While it is currently the only attack Ichigo knows from Zangetsu, Ichigo has used this technique in several different manners, such as striking the ground to create an omnidirectional blast to knock away incoming attacks.
Hakke Rokujūyon Shō
Requirements: Byakugan, Jūken, Dexterity 4, Chakra Manipulation 4, Taijutsu 4
Description: Translates as "Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms". This jutsu closes off sixty-four specific chakra points on an opponent's body with the Gentle Fist, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time and making it difficult for them to move. It begins with striking two chakra points, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, and then sixty-four strikes. Each set of strikes is done at an exponentially increasing pace and strength. The attack not only disables the enemy but also knocks them back with every set of strikes. While Neji displays this ability while still a genin, Hinata only uses this ability during the Three Tails filler saga of Naruto Shippuuden.
Hakke Sanjūni Shō
Requirements: Byakugan, Jūken, Dexterity 3, Chakra Manipulation 3, Taijutsu 3
Description: Translates as "Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms". This technique is Hinata's minor version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Although it only closes 32 chakra points, it seems to be equally fatal or it could just be Hinata hitting the chakra points near to sensitive organs such as the heart.
Hurricane Slash
Requirements: Strength 2, Dexterity 3, Stamina 2, Melee 1
Description: "Target is at the mercy of a raging hurricane." Laharl circles the enemy so fast it creates a hurricane that raises the enemy upward. He then jumps up and slashes the enemy down to the ground, then slashes the now grounded enemy. Hits twice for good damage.
Hydrokinesis
Requirements: Awakened Seed, Perception 4, Wits 3, Boating 4, Spellcasting 4
Description: Hydrokinesis is defined as ones natural ability to manifest and control water. Near the end of Witch Hunter Robin, Robin finds herself capable of not only controlling fire, but all four elements. In the series, these are defined as genetic abilities; however, for this game, semi-nonsensicle requirements are needed to unlock the power.
Ifrit
Requirements: Cardinal Red Soil, Dark Cimson Soil, Burnt Sienna Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 4
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Ifrit makes an appearance as a summon. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Ifrit is: Cardinal Red ("The grinding teeth of incandescence, Cardinal Red!", Dark Crimson ("The gale of red lotus flowers, Dark Crimson!"), and Burnt Sienna ("Finally, the strength of steel, Burnt Sienna!". Kaze follows by shouting "Burn it all! Summoned Creature! Ifrit!" as he fires the Magun. Ifrit appears as a polygon-heavy red and orange humanoid. It is unique in the fact that it is the only summon used against Omega (the super monster of the series) and must use three attacks to defeat it. The first is a large fireball that Ifrit forms above its head that's thrown at Omega and seems to do very little, if any, damage. The second is an even larger one that seems to do even less. Ifrit's final attack is to surround itself in flames and make a suicidal charge at Omega and teleporting inside it. After a few seconds Omega's powercore shatters and Ifrit bursts from within, rising victoriously into the air before disappating.
Imitate Sound
Requirements: Wits 2, Performance 2, Ventriloquism 3
Description: A blue dragon can mimic any voice or sound it has heard, anytime it likes.
Innate Spells
Requirements: Intelligence 4, Spellcasting 3
Description: A dragon knows and casts arcane spells as a sorcerer of a level determined by the dragon's age. It also possesses spell-like abilities that it can use a certain number of times a day, again based on its age. A blue dragon can Create/Destroy Water and use a Ventriloquism spell-like ability 3 times per day. It can also create a Hallucinatory Terrain, Veil its presence, and create a Mirage effect once per day. Unlike other blue dragons, Khellendros may choose to take general cleric spells and those from the Electromancy, Geomancy, Summoning, and Mentalism domains instead of arcane spells. Ixion
Requirements: Steel Gray Soil, Heat Crimson Soil, Lightning Yellow Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 2
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Ixion makes an appearance as a summon. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Ixion is: Steel Gray ("The deep sleep that envelops death, Steel Gray!"), Heat Crimson ("The rising of boiling blood, Heat Crimson!"), and Lightning Yellow ("And the brilliance that pierces the darkness, Lightning Yellow!"). Kaze follows by shouting "Cry! Summoned Creature! Ixion!" as he fires the Magun. Ixion appears as a polygon-heavy winged unicorn clad in blue and yellow armor. It neighs once and summons a massive lightning bolt down upon the enemy before vanishing.
Jūho Sōshiken
Requirements: Hinata Hyūga only, Byakugan, Jūken, Dexterity 4, Chakra Manipulation 5, Taijutsu 5
Description: Translates as "Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists". The user forms two large lion-like shrouds of chakra around their hands, then thrusts them forward at the opponent. The jutsu seems to be performed in a spinning manner to confuse and through off the opponent's aim. It is only seen in use once by Hinata during Pein's invasion of Konoha in Naruto Shippuuden. She was unable to connect the attack though, so the full extent of its strength is still unknown.
Jūken
Requirements: Byakugan, Dexterity 3, Stamina 2, Perception 3, Chakra Manipulation 2, Taijutsu 2
Description: The Gentle Fist style of combat is is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's chakra circulatory system, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra circulatory system. The chakra can the be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra circulatory system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist". Because the chakra circulatory system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to Hyūga, it has become their signature style of combat.
Kaata Nage
Requirements: Strength 2, Dexterity 2, Firearms 1
Description: Translates as "Cutter Throw". An attack Chi-Chi used when she was little. As a child, she wore a helmet with a blade on top. She could throw the blade at any object she wanted. She beheaded a dinosaur with this attack.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Requirements: Chakra Manipulation 4, Ninjutsu 1
Description: Translates as "Shadow Clone Technique", this is similar to the Clone Technique in that this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can tell the difference during his battle with Naruto at the Valley of the End, albeit they might just make him able to keep an eye on the original Naruto.
Kakusan Yuudou Kikou Ha
Requirements: Stamina 4, Intelligence 3, Ki Manipulation 5
Description: This is one of Piccolo's coolest attacks. He sends hundreds of energy balls into the air and surrounds his opponent with them. The energy balls hang in mid-air for a second and then he forces all of the energy balls to converge on his victim at once, causing a large explosion.
Kamehameha
Requirements: Stamina 3, Intelligence 1, Ki Manipulation 3
Description: Translates as "Turtle Destruction Blast". Dragon Ball's signature attack. The user gathers energy between the palms of their hands and then releases it. The technique was invented by Muten-Roshi, and it took him 50 years to perfect it. It was performed by Goku after only having seen the move done once.
Katon: Gōkakyu no Jutsu
Requirements: Chakra Manipulation 2, Ninjutsu 2
Description: Translates as "Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique". After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask). The Uchiha clan uses the technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.
Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu
Requirements: Chakra Manipulation 2, Ninjutsu 1
Description: Translates as "Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique". This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction.
Ki Ai

Description: An attack that shoots a wave of ki at an opponent when the user screams.

Kuan-Yaa

Description: This amazing creature resembles a beam of light with a dragon's head (and three eyes). Like a beam of light, reflective surfaces will reflect Kuan-Yaa (Shining Fang) and this is the only effective way to avoid its attack other than dodging. Kuan-Yaa is insubstantial, and as such, invulnerable to almost any kind of attack like any regular light beam. It performs poorly underwater though, as well as inside any other non-translucid gas or liquid (it will cut through normal smoke, fog and "smog", though) and may be reflected by water surfaces. Kuan-Yaa will fade after one or two meters of travel underwater. Kuan-Yaa moves straight, although it can and will do sharp 90 degree turns if ordered to, always at top speed, and will blast a hole in anything it hits. Just like Tou-Chao, Kuan-Yaa will care little about dodging attacks against itself.
Meteor Impact
Requirements: Laharl only, Stamina 5, Perception 4, Summoning 5
Description: Laharl's ultimate (and most powerful/devastating) attack. A massive glyph appears in the sky and after a second or so, the center of the glyph opens up and an enormous meteor decends, destroying everything in sight (Laharl's usually riding on top of it, HAAAHAHAHAHAA-ing as it falls). And, unlike Sephiroth, he can summon several of these babies in a row before feeling like he needs a break.
Meteor Master
Requirements: Horizon Gold Soil, Aero Black Soil, Auto Silver Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 5
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Tonberry makes an appearance as a summon, under the name of Meteor Master. Their appearances are slightly similar, as the Meteor Master has the same spherical eyes, reptilian shape, and absent mouth. The Meteor Master even has variations of the Tonberry's trademark lantern and knife. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Meteor Master is: Horizon Gold ("The cry that destroys the heavens, Horizon Gold!"), Aero Black ("The anger that pours down, Aero Black!"), and Auto Silver ("Finally, the light that pierces eternity, Auto Silver!"). Kaze follows by shouting "Destroy! Summoned Creature! Meteor Master!" as he fires the Magun. Meteor Master appears and opens its mouth wide, screaming as it builds up energy. It then zips to the clouds and is replaced by thousands upon thousands of massive meteosr that fall to the earth. Kaze uses this summon to destroy Fungus and his home dimension all at once in order to nullify his regeneration, which Fungus apparently saw as a curse. ("Finally... Finally I can die.")
Mufaba Gaeshi

Description: Translates as "Demon Incarcerator Reflection". An attack used to reflect the Mafuba beam back at the user, and hit them instead.
Magen: Kyō Tenchi-ten

Description: Translates as "Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change". Using the Sharingan's jutsu-copying abilities, the user can turn any genjutsu back onto its original user.
Makkankosappo
Requirements: Stamina 4, Intelligence 4, Ki Manipulation 4
Description: Translates as "Screw Beam of the Devil". This is Piccolo's signature attack in DBZ. He raises the index and middle fingers of his right hand to his head, then charges up. When he first performed this attack, it took him 5 minutes to gather the energy for the attack. By the end of the series, he does the attack instantly. The beam itself resembles a screw. There is a straight beam, surrounded by a spiral of energy. When it was first used in DBZ, this was the most powerful attack of its time.
Makousen

Masenkou

Description: Translates as "Devil Blast". This is Gohan's first real attack. He uses it against Nappa, although it proves to be pretty useless. To perform the attack, he raises both of his hands above his head, gathers energy between them, and then shoots a blast at his opponent.
Move Object
Requirements: Stamina 2, Wits 2, Use the Force 2
Description: You telekinetically move a target up to 9 meters in any direction using the Force; it must be within 9 meters and line of sight is required. This Force Power is generally used to move very small and light objects, such as a throwing a rock at a door control to open it from afar. Moving larger objects takes substantial effort and requires high Ranks of both Stamina and Use the Force.
Nightsever
Requirements: Strength 5, Dexterity 4, Perception 3, Melee 4
Description: "Sword slash that severs the dark of the night." Laharl kicks the enemy into the air and rushes after them, sword in hands. He slash 4 preview-esque times to the enemy (no damage) and one final slash (the "real" one), causing a small explosion to hit the enemy, doing great damage. The enemy is again damaged as they land back on the earth.
Obtenebration
Requirements: Vampire race, Stamina 5, Perception 4, Alertness 4, Awareness 3, Occult 4
Description: Obtenebration is a Power which grants control over shadows and supernatural darkness. The unnatural darkness summoned by Obtenebration is extremely frightening to mortals, animals, and even other vampires unaccustomed to its use. The exact nature of this Power is unknown even among its greatest masters, and it has been a subject of religious, philosophical, and metaphysical debate among vampires for millennia. A vampire can use it to move and reshape shadows, blanket an area in shadows, summon black tendrils from a shadow for aid, or even transform oneself into pure shadow that can only be harmed by fire, sunlight, or magic.
Odin
Requirements: Bullet Silver Soil, Destroy Black Soil, Steel Gray Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 3
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Odin makes an appearance, as a summon. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Odin is: Bullet Silver ("The light that tells of eternity, Bullet Silver!"), Destroy Black ("The darkness that tells of destruction, Destroy Black!"), and Steel Gray ("The moment that tells of extinction, Steel Gray!"). Kaze follows by shouting "Pierce through! Summoned Creature! Odin!" as he fires the Magun. Odin appears as a polygon-heavy knight on robotic-looking six-legged horse. It charges the enemy with an energy-based lance in its right hand, a shield in its left. Kaze summons Odin to destroy an "invincible" robot, which its lance has no issue punching a massive hole in.
Overlord's Wrath
Requirements: Electric Hellfire, Stamina 4, Perception 4, Firearms 4
Description: Probably Laharl's favorite attack, an orb based attack of his own power. He can blast singular orbs of it quickly or, as he does more often, casts up a bunch at once (usually around a dozen) above the battlefield, then directs them down at an enemy, pounding them from all sides at once. Upon impact they create a huge sphere shaped explosion, making it a difficult move to escape from. If puts enough power into this attack it can be enough to destroy a planet.
Phoenix
Requirements: Mother Black Soil, Fire Red Soil, Burning Gold Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 4
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Phoenix makes several appearances as a summon. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Phoenix is: Mother Black ("The origin of everything, Mother Black!"), Fire Red ("That which burns everything, Fire Red!"), and Burning Gold ("And, the critical point for everything, Burning Gold!"). Kaze follows by shouting "Burn! Summoned Creature! Phoenix!" as he fires the Magun. At first Phoenix seems to do nothing, as the beams from the Magun strike their target with no effect. However, a few moments later the enemy begins to squirm as if in serious pain before ballooning up and glowing red. After a few seconds in this state the enemy explodes in a massive fireball, out of which Phoenix rises into the sky with a valiant shreek, literally shattering the very fabric of reality as it exits. It appears as a Pokémon-like bird, clad in red armor with wings of fire.
Polymorph
Requirements: Khellendros only, Stamina 2, Intelligence 2
Description: Unlike other blue dragons, Khellendros possesses a gold dragon's ability to polymorph himself into a human form. He can use this ability up to 3 times per day, which lasts until the dragon assumes another form or reverts to his own (which does not count as a usage). For this game, while in human form, he still retains his Strength, Dexterity, and Stamina scores, but obviously loses his encreased size and mass.
Potence
Requirements: Vampire race, Strength 4, Stamina 4, Athletics 2, Brawl 3, Melee 3
Description: Potence is Power that grants a vampire supernatural strength. A vampire with this Power can lift objects no human can (such as a small car), rend iron chains asunder, smash shields barehanded, tear safe doors from their hinges, and perform other such superhuman feats of strength. In addition, a vampire with this Power deals more damage in melee combat, both armed and unarmed. Potence does not increase a vampire's muscle mass and therefore does not inhibit a vampire's movement.
Protean
Requirements: Vampire race, Stamina 3, Primal-Urge 4, Survival 3
Description: Protean is a Power that gives the vampire the ability to adapt better to the natural world. It is strongly rooted in the idea of bringing the Beast out. It gives a vampire the ability to hunt and sleep in the wild. With this Power, a vampire gains a number of shapeshifting abilities and can transform himself into a bat, wolf, or manwolf-like beast. Upon acquiring this Power, the vampire can also see normally in darkness.
Psychokinetic Shield
Requirements: Awakened Seed, Perception 3, Wits 3, Awareness 3, Spellcasting 3
Description: Psychokinesis, better known as Telekinesis, is the ability to manipulate and move matter without physical contact. In the series Witch Hunter Robin, Robin is able to harden air molecules around her to create a shield with which to block other Witch's attacks. She is able to do this long before developing her full Aerokinetic abilities, thus why this is its own power.
Pyrokinesis
Requirements: Awakened Seed, Perception 3, Wits 2, Spellcasting 2
Description: Pyrokinesis is the ability to move, influence and extinguish fire. In the Witch Hunter Robin series, this is defined as genetic ability; however, for this game, semi-nonsensicle requirements are needed to unlock the power. As this was Robin's first power, the requirements are far lower than the other -kinesis powers.
Renzokou Kikou Ha
Requirements: Stamina 2, Intelligence 1, Ki Manipulation 1
Description: Continuous blasts of ki shot from the hands.
Sense the Unseen
Requirements: Devil race, Perception 3, Awareness 3, Occult 2
Description: This is one of the only abilities Kurono seems to still possess while his true Devil form is sealed. Due to his demonic heritage, he is able to sense the presence of other Devils in his immediate area, as well as the auras and physical states of other beings. For instance, in the first episode of Chrono Crusade he is able to feel that all the "hostages" inside a building are already dead, and that something evil lurks nearby. He is unable to hone in on the location of the evil, though.
Shield
Requirements: Ki Manipulation 2, Intelligence 2, Stamina 3
Description: A defensive move Gohan uses to protect Piccolo, Kuririn and himself from being sucked into Garlic Jr.'s Dead Zone.
Shikai
Requirements: Ichigo Kurosaki only, Zanjutsu 2, Hohō 1, Occult 1
Description: The Shikai form of Zangetsu resembles an oversized, though more elegant, cleaver blade without a hilt or tsuba. The sword is as tall as Ichigo is, 1.75 meters, and has a black blade with a silver edge. Ichigo carries his Zanpakutō on his back by the cloth wrapped around the handle. When not in combat, the cloth extends to cover the rest of the sword and falls away when necessary, shrinking back to a manageable size. The cloth can also be used to swing the weapon like a flail and toss it at opponents, but this is rarely done. This was first demonstrated by Ichigo's inner hollow, then again by Ichigo himself while rescuing Rukia. It is the much more powerful form of Zangetsu.
Shiva
Requirements: Dark Green Soil, Virgin White Soil, Ice Blue Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 3
Description: In the anime, Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Shiva makes two appearances as a summon. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Shiva is: Dark Green ("The cry of the dark spirit, Dark Green!"), Virgin White ("The one that does not forgive creation, Virgin White!"), and Ice Blue ("And finally, the one that freezes everything, Ice Blue!"). Kaze follows by shouting "Shine! Summoned Creature! Shiva!" as he fires the Magun. Shiva appears as a large, spiky block of ice that has vague humanoid characteristics. It flies directly at its target and flash freezes everything in range as it vanishes in a flash of light.
Shugohakke Rokujūyon Shō
Requirements: Hinata Hyūga only, Byakugan, Dexterity 4, Chakra Manipulation 3, Taijutsu 3
Description: Translates as "Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms". This jutsu was made by Hinata herself. In this jutsu, Hinata emits a constant stream of chakra from her palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With her natural flexibility, Hinata can reach any point around her, allowing her to hit any target within her field of vision. While using this jutsu, Hinata moves extremely fast (her movements become a blur), allowing her to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Additionally, Hinata can control the size of the chakra beams in her palms, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. With this and her natural flexibility, the technique creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver. When she uses the first form of the jutsu, the one with the straight chakra blades, she can spin to increase the effectiveness to such a level that she can deflect sand-sized particles, as shown in her fight with Jiga in the Land of Vegetables arc.

Susanoo
Requirements: Itachi Uchiha only, Mangekyou Sharingan, Chakra Manipulation 5, Genjutsu 5, Ninjutsu 5
Description: Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual being resembling a yamabushi wielding the sacred Yata no Kagami ("Eight Span Mirror") -- a mirror that's considered one of the three sacred treasures capable of reflecting all attacks -- as a shield in its left hand, and in its right, the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi ("Ten Hands Long Sword"), also known as the Sakenagi Longsword. The Totsuka no Tsurugi, commonly sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from Susanoo's right forearm, is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces in an eternal dream-like illusion, and is described as the perfect counter to Orochimaru's Kusanagi Sword. Like the Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, Susanoo is an ability of the Mangekyou Sharingan. Zetsu said that Susanoo's Totsuka Sword combined with the Yata mirror essentially makes Itachi invincible.
Tensa Zangetsu
Requirements: Ichigo Kurosaki only, Zanjutsu 4, Hohō 3, Occult 4
Description: Tensa Zangetsu (Heavenly Chain Moon Cutter or Heavenly Chain Cutting Moon) is considered completely out of the ordinary for any Zanpakutō. Unlike most Bankai forms, which usually create some sort of massive creature or effect, Ichigo's Bankai actually shrinks his sword down to a daitō (Japanese long sword) with a black blade, handguard in the shape of the manji (which is the kanji for "ban," meaning "full"). In addition to his sword, Ichigo's robe is replaced with a long-sleeved, ankle-length black coat with red lining that is closed at his chest, much like that of Zangetsu himself. As explained by Byakuya Kuchiki, Ichigo's Bankai is a compression of his remarkable power, rather than a vast expansion as other Bankai are. This vastly compressed power enables him to reach levels of physical prowess that most Shinigami would have their bodies give out. It allows Ichigo to move at very high speeds exceeding those of flash steps, and gives him matching agility and reflexes along with allowing him to use his natural strength to its limits as shown from how effortlessly he blocked a punch from Yammy, an Espada known primarily for his immense strength. The Shunpo's speeds are also enhanced in this state, allowing him to use flash steps at a speed much greater than Byakuya Kuchiki's. In addition, his already immense spiritual energy has grandly and explosively increased, and now has a deep black spiritual energy with a crimson outline. Furthermore, the fact that all of his energy is "compressed" means that usage of his Bankai doesn't expel as much spiritual power as other Bankai from the point of activation; thus allowing him to use Tensa Zangetsu at a much longer duration than any other Bankai users of his level. With enough usage and acquired height, Ichigo can even appear as though he is flying.
Titan
Requirements: Gaia Brown Soil, Deep Vermillion Soil, Ever Green Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 3
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Titan makes an appearance as a summon. The Soil Charge Triad (Soil is like the colored bullet of a Magun, used to summon creatures) needed to summon Titan is: Gaia Brown ("The protecting earth that makes even the heavens cry, Gaia Brown!"), Deep Vermillion ("The hidden quiet passion, Deep Vermillion!"), and Ever Green ("Finally, the everlasting vitality of life, Ever Green!"). Kaze follows by shouting "Crumble! Summoned Creature! Titan!" as he fires the Magun. Titan is unique amongst the summons as it is a purely defensive summon. Kaze uses Titan as a shield so the group he's with can escape from another aspect of Omega. Titan appears as a gigantic brown robot. It quickly grabs a boulder that's even larger than itself and uses it and itself as a shield against one of Omega's energy attacks.
Tou-Chao
Requirements: Occult 2, Summoning 1, Traps 2
Description: The Tou-Chao (Earth/Ground Claw) is a large (60 cm head to tail) and very fast crab-like creature with three LARGE claws on its tail, pointing downwards. It is one of the most common beasts and was extensively used by Yakumo before he acquired Kuan-Yaa. Normally invisible, the Tou-Chao will run after its target cutting through almost anything in its path, until it slices the target. The only visible effect of the Tou-Chao are the three holes on the ground where the monster first penetrates its claws (usually the exact place it was summoned) and the three 5 cm deep rips it leaves as it closes on its target. Tou-Chao will usually go all the way over the intended target only once, and then disappear, but the operator can modify this behavior by ordering Tou-Chao to stay, or attack again. The operator can also instruct Tou-Chao to perform somewhat complicated tasks, like attacking whatever person is carrying some certain object, or to keep running in circles around him instead of attacking somebody (but if anything stays in Tou-Chao's path it will be attacked immediately). Tou-Chao will usually not dodge any attacks, and will not change targets unless given a specific order. If summoned against a small crowd, Tou-Chao will run wild among them attacking the nearest target and proceeding to another until it can find no other obvious targets in its field of view. The only things a Tou-Chao would care to dodge are fire and sources of extreme heat.
Tsu no Beam
Requirements: Stamina 1, Intelligence 1, Ki Manipulation 2

Tsuibi Kikou Ha
Requirements: Stamina 2, Intelligence 1, Ki Manipulation 2
Description: A blast of energy that follows the user's opponent wherever they go.
Tsukuyomi
Requirements: Itachi Uchiha only, Mangekyou Sharingan, Chakra Manipulation 5, Genjutsu 5
Description: Named after the Shinto Moon god, Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When the jutsu ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the target unable to fight for a while, and possibly suffer a complete mental breakdown. While the illusion is never the same twice, some elements always remain. The first and foremost similarity is the red moon, which hangs in the sky of each illusion. The moon, in turn, casts a red light throughout the illusion, giving the background a blood-red appearance while the figures within the illusion are in a grayscale inverted color. Because the Sharingan is the main factor in executing this jutsu, eye contact is required. Such a powerful technique is not without its disadvantages, however. Due to of the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary to perform it. Though Kakashi says that Tsukuyomi cannot be escaped, Sasuke has been able to break out of Tsukuyomi by using his own Sharingan.
Typhoon
Requirements: Sky Blue Soil, Grand Brown Soil, Magic Violet Soil, Magun Thawed, Summoning 4
Description: In the anime Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Typhon makes an appearance, once more as a summon called Typhoon. The Soil Charge Triad needed to summon Typhoon is: Sky Blue ("More infinite than the open sky, Sky Blue!"), Grand Brown ("Perfection that pierces the earth, Grand Brown!"), and Magic Violet ("And finally, a deception to twist reality, Magic Violet!"). Kaze follows by shouting "Appear! Summoned Creature! Typhoon!" as he fires the Magun. As with Phoenix, Typhoon appears to do nothing at first. A few moments later a small, pinkish, horned "space station"-like creature materializes in front of the target with what appears to be a massive yellow grin on its face. However, its "mouth" quickly drops down to reveal a honeycomb covered cylinder that begins to light up as Typhoon gathers energy. It then explodes and is replaces by a watery cube that completely surrounds the target and about 50 feet of additional length in each direction. Typhoon then begins to shrink into nothingness, compressing and annihilating everything inside the cube.
Vicissitude

Description: This Power grants the user power over flesh and bone, molding it like a sculptor molds clay. A vampire can use it to reshape his own physical features, as well as others'. Alucard has four known human forms each with different characteristics, including a little girl.
Wind Cutter
Requirements: Strength 3, Stamina 2, Perception 3, Melee 2
Description: "Powerful swing which causes a razor-sharp whirlwind." Laharl jumps up and creates a large, buzz-saw like blade of wind that slashes at the enemies positioned in front of him. Good for hitting people over large distances or if you have other people in the way. Does a bit more damage than Blade Rush.
Winged Slayer
Requirements: Strength 3, Dexterity 3, Stamina 3, Melee 3
Description: "A devastating strike from the sky." Laharl backflips back and jumps into the air, gathering an immense amount of energy, and rushes back down to earth, hitting all enemies in a large area ahead of his initial position. Does about the same damage as Wind Cutter. Requires the space behind him to not be obstructed.
