Angel Arm: Vash's arm has the ability to transform into a massive, angel-winged gun. This weapon is powerful enough to destroy entire cities with a single blast (in a way somewhat similar to the effects of a hydrogen or nuclear bomb), but Vash fears its potental for destruction and knows little about how to use it. In the manga, this weapon is a natural feature of his body, and capable of various effects beyond destruction. In addition, his Angel Arm is limited - like a battery, it contains only a certain amout of energy, and when that energy is gone, he will die. A plant's hair color gradually darkens as their power is depleted - when it is gone, their hair is entirely black. Vash's weapon uses a tremendous amount of power - his hair began to darken after the second time he fires it. Throughout the manga, Vash's hair continues to grow darker until it is almost completely black.

Byakko: A white tiger that tears the opponent apart with its claws. A superior technique to Suzaku, and consequently, the difficulty of execution and the subsequent stress on Kyo is also greater.

Chidori: Translated as One Thousand Birds. This jutsu channels a large concentration of chakra to the user's arm. The amount of chakra is so large that it becomes visible to the naked eye as a ball of electricity. In fact, the technique actually alters the nature of the user's chakra, effectively converting it into electricity. Once the technique is completed, the users charges forward and stabs their enemy with it. As a side effect of the conversion process, as well as the large amount of chakra, this technique makes a loud noise similar to many birds chirping, hence the name. This technique is classified as an assassination technique, despite the loud noise it produces.

Chidori Nagashi: Translated as one Thousand Birds Current. A variation on a regular Chidori, this jutsu was developed by Sasuke during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru. This jutsu allows Sasuke to produce a Chidori effect around his entire body, instead of just his hand. The energy can be channeled anywhere, allowing Sasuke to enhance his attacks with Chidori energy. Because it is channeled throughout his entire body and not concentrated, the energy will only cause temporary paralysis instead of killing an opponent. While this is not a problem in one-on-one battles, it does allow others to save their comrade if Sasuke is outnumbered. Sasuke can also channel the energy through his Kusanagi sword, increasing its overall strength and cutting power.

Context Sensitivity: Conker has the unique ability to acquire whatever he needs for a given situation. Whether it's being able to turn into a giant anvil to smash through the floor of a massive wooden water bucket, or pulling a shotgun out of seemingly nowhere in order to kill a horde of zombies, he always seems to have the right tools for the job. He just doesn't seem to ever have them when he doesn't need them, though.

Dokkassō: Translated as Poison Flower Claws. Sesshomaru's claws release deadly acidic poison which can melt flesh and virtually anything else very quickly. Sometimes he uses it like Inuyasha uses his Exorcising Claws of Steel (Iron Reaver Soul Stealer) attack, but he can also use it in the form of a green attack that looks like he's spraying acid.

Enbima Yonezu Oni Giri: Translated as Charmed Demon Sleepless Night Demon Slash. A variation of the oni giri where the swords are twisted during the slash for added force, resulting in this attack striking multiple opponents instead of one. Gag: since "Oni Giri" means "rice ball", adding "Enbima Yonezu" has a double meaning of a rice ball with mayonnaise added

Enhanced Senses: Due to his lineage, Sesshomaru exhibits the ability of having extremely heightened senses. Sesshomaru has particularly shown his heightened sense of smell, such as being able to tell the Band of Seven were undead due to the scents of soil (graveyard soil in particular), and he was also able to tell that InuYasha's scent changed when the latter temporarily changed into a full demon. Through smell alone, Sesshomaru is also able to learn about events that is transpiring from far away or even an event that has already happened. Besides the five basic senses, Sesshomaru's ability in sensing other's auras are exceptional.

Fearless: During the Knightfall saga after Scarecrow and the Joker team up and kidnap the mayor of Gotham City, Scarecrow turns on the Joker and uses his fear gas to see what Joker is afraid of. To Scarecrow's surprise the gas has no effect on Joker, who in turn beats Scarecrow with a chair. This suggests that due to his insanity, the Joker literally has no fear, or at least has no hidden demons.

Flight: Ability to float in the sky or generate a sparkling dust cloud to ride on. Whenever Sesshomaru uses his flight powers for an extended period of time, the leg bottoms of his hakama extend to semi-transparent ephemeral flowing masses, similar to how one would picture the wind driven cloak of a ghost. This does not happen when he chooses to fly upon his dust cloud or ride Ah-Un. Also sometimes his mokomoko-sama extends to a huge length when this happens, and sometimes other mokomoko-sama’s are formed from the original that lift him up in the sky and only disappear or retract back into the original mokomoko-sama when he is no longer flying.

Gadgets: Lupin is a master thief, and as such he has an arsenal of toys as his disposal relevant to his profession. It is assumed that he always has access to whatever thief-related equipment he needs to complete his task.

Gazami Dori: Translated as Crab Grab. All three swords are horizontally parallel, suddenly clamping down on the target like a crab's claw for a guillotine like effect.

Genbu: A black tortoise entwined with serpents, and is both an offensive and defensive technique. Genbu's shell protects Kyo from an opponent's attack, while the serpents bind and destroy them.

Gōkakyū no Jutsu: Translated as Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. Utilizing a high amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth. When an Uchiha clan member masters this technique, the person is fully recognized as an adult.

Gyuuki Yuuzume: Translated as Cattle Demon Brave Hoof. The swords are positioned pointing at the enemy. Zoro lunges forward and hits the enemy with great impact.

Habataku Chidori: Translated as Flapping One Thousand Birds. Using the power gained through the level 2 form of his Cursed Seal of Heaven, the Chidori that Sasuke Uchiha was taught to use as a "blade" to protect his comrades, is warped into a dark version of itself that is used to sever his ties with them. Instead of the usual chirping of birds that the Chidori is known for, this technique lets out a frightening "roar". Its power far surpasses that of the normal Chidori.

Hayabusa Otoshi: Translated as Peregrine Falcon Drop. In this jutsu, Sasuke grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground, similar to the end of Rock Lee's Front Lotus.

Hōsenka no Jutsu: Translated as Fire Release - Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique. Multiple balls of fire are sent at the target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.

Hyaku-Hachi Pound Hou: Translated as 108 Pount Cannon. Same principle as the 36 Pound Cannon using all three swords to create a spiral of air to damage its target.

Hyou Kin Dama: Translated as Panther Harp Ball. Zoro jumps forward while spinning in the air, forming a ball shape with his blades.

Immunity: Sesshomaru is immune to diseases, poisons, and gases that can paralyze or kill both humans and weaker yōkai. His greatest resistance seems to be towards holy and divine powers, while his weakest is towards the mystical abilites of other yōkai, such as his brother Inuyasha's Kaze no Kizu. He is all but immune to purification barriers, Kagome's Hama no Ya, and Naraku's absorption powers. The last of these is mostly due to Sesshomaru's demonic purity, causing his aura to emanate around his body in perfect "completion".

Kage Buyō: Translated as Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack.

Kage Shuriken no Jutsu: Translated as Shadow Shuriken Technique. The user of this technique throws multiple large shuriken in such a way that the first shuriken hides the subsequent ones by blocking the line of sight. To the target, it appears as if only one shuriken was thrown.

Karasuma Gari: Translated as Demon Crow Hunt. A flying multiple slash technique.

Kenatsu: Translated as Sword Pressure, it is Tōkijin's ability to cut and harm enemies without physical contact. In the beginning, it takes the form of a rain of needle-like energy which deals moderate damage to foes. Later, as Sesshomaru fully masters the sword, he releases it as a blue wave of energy which completely disintegrates the adversary. The strength of this attack depends on how it is unleashed by Sesshomaru. Usually it shoots beams of blue light, and when Sesshomaru utilizes its full potential it comes out in the form of parallel blue trails of energy similar to how InuYasha’s Kaze no Kizu (Wind Scar) is released. Amazingly, one Kenatsu is seen as being able to cut Inuyasha’s Kaze no Kizu attack, unleashed by his Tessaiga, in half mainly because of the yōkai levels of the users’ of the respective swords. This implies that Sesshomaru can mix in some of his yôki in the kenastu blasts.

Kouryu: During the final battle with Mibu Kyoshiro, Kyo's faith reaches its peak and allows him to surpass his limits, giving him the ability to summon all of the Four Gods simultaneously, which in turn brought forth from the heavens a golden wind of unsurpassed power. But it's while in possession of his original body that Kyo was able to summon the golden wind again in its true form: the ultimate heavenly dragon Kouryu.

Machine Gun Arm: Vash lost his left arm in an incident involving Knives. He has a cybernetic replacement for that arm, which also conceals an integrated gun. In the beginning, this is a semi-automatic weapon; later on (in both the manga and the anime) it is upgraded to a fully automatic sub-machine gun, which extends and flips over to rest on top of his arm.

Meidô Zangetsuha: With the reforged Tenseiga, Sesshomaru slashes at an enemy and creates a black crescent shaped gap in the world of the living, sending the "cut" enemy directly to the next world. While at the beginning the wave takes the shape of a crescent resembling a crescent moon, Totosai claims that eventually through training, Sesshomaru will be able to make the wave into a complete circle resembling a full moon. Although the "incomplete" nature of Tenseiga is seemingly prevented Sesshomaru from mastering the ability on his own, Sesshomaru was finally able to master it when Tenseiga resonates with the nearby Tessaiga, allowing him to create a perfectly-circular Meidou. He has since then been able to create a perfect Meidou at will, even outside Tessaiga's presence.

Mizuchi: An attack that uses the air to cut an opponent to pieces.

Nigori-zake: Translated as Two-Arm Strength Slash. After flexing his biceps, Zoro swings his swords so that the tips meet when they hit the opponent, with the swords in his mouth and left hand being held at the same level and the right's hilt dropping at an angle.

Oni Giri: Translated as Demon Slash. Zoro crosses his two swords across his chest and uses them to cut through the opponent. The blade in his mouth cuts near the shoulder. Gag: "Oni Giri" can also mean "rice ball".

Regeneration: Sesshomaru has recently shown the ability to completely regenerate his wounds in the manga, highlighted by the regeneration of his lost arm..

Resurrect Other: The Tenseiga is special sword in which its power lies in the fact that it can bring the recently dead back to life. Tenseiga allows a powerful user to see the pall bearer demons that take away the souls of the dead. As Tenseiga has the power to connect to the underworld, these demons can be cut and destroyed by it, allowing the soul to return to the dead's body. As the dead revives, their mortal wounds are healed. It is important to note that Tenseiga cannot really heal the living; it resurrects the dead. The literal translation of the kanji is "heavenly life fang" or "fang born out of heaven", but these are not necessarily accurate representations of the name's actual meaning.

Ryūka no Jutsu: Translated as Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique. The user breathes fire along a length of cord, guide wire, or other long thin object. While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, in the manga it is shown to be nothing more than a small burst of flame running along a line of wire.

Santou-Ryuu Ougi Sanzen Sekai: Translated as Three-Sword Style Secret Attack: Three Thousand Worlds. Zoro holds two of his swords at an angle against each other and spins them while running towards his opponent.

Seiryu: More than a dozen Mizuchi are projected towards the opponent and surrounds them, eventually merging to create an immobilizing and destructive whirlwind that pulls the opponent into the heavens, where the waiting Kyo (in the form of the legendary blue dragon) descends to deliver the final blow.

Shinkiro: An attack that creates illusion of his opponent's worse nightmare, then kills him, and is usually shortened to Shin.

Shishi Rendan: Translated as Lion Combo. Sasuke does Shadow of the Dancing Leaf to get behind an airborne opponent. Afterwards, he starts with a kick to the left side of his opponent (the easiest part to block). From there he does a backhand strike to the face, a powerful punch to the stomach, and finishes with a spin-around kick that lands the left heel on the center of the opponent just as they both hit the ground. Because Sasuke doesn't know how to open his chakra gates, this technique puts a lot of strain on him.

Sōfūshasan no Tachi: Translated as Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades. Utilizing the abilities of the Sharingan, the user is able to control three shuriken which have wire cords attached to them (two held with the hands and one with the mouth) and manipulate their paths to tie the opponent to a nearby large object, binding them. If there is no object, the shuriken will impale themselves into the opponent.

Sôryûha: Translated as Dragon Strike. This attack is unique to the third and fourth movies, appearing neither in the manga nor the anime series. It is a very powerful move on the level of Inuyasha's Bakuryûha. When Sôryûha is unleashed in the third movie, thick arcs of blue lightning stab the earth and carry their destructive force to Sesshomaru's opponent. In the fourth movie it is interesting to note that the energy released by Sôryûha resolves into the shape of a dragon right before destroying the enemy (in keeping with the attack's name). Sôryûha is unique among the various sword techniques of the series in that, unlike moves like the Kaze no Kizu (Wind Scar), Kongosôha (Adamant Barrage), and Meidô Zangetsuha, Sesshomaru is capable of performing Sôryûha with both Tôkijin and Tenseiga - rather than being an ability of either sword, it seems that it is instead a manifestation of Sesshomaru's own yôki, requiring a sword only as a conduit. Another unique fact about this attack is that Seshomaru can use without actually having to swing the sword, but by simply holding it horizonatally and commanding the strike.

Super Jumping: By crouching down before jumping, Conker can leap to incredible heights of about ten feet. Large breasted sunflowers tend to make his super jumping that much better.

Super Speed: Sesshomaru's instantaneous power grants him the ability to move faster than the eye can see; both on land and through the air. When he does this in the anime, he leaves behind afterimages. He can also instantaneously close long distances without being detected by others.

Super Speed: Kyo's speed is nearly unmatchable. In the early volumes of the manga, he was shown to be fast enough to easily cut musket balls in mid-air and kill the gunmen in a second. Although he is a samurai (which usually forbids attacking from behind because it is dishonorable), he has no trouble using his speed to appear behind his opponent and attack.

Super Strength: Sesshomaru possesses physical strength far beyond that of a normal demon. He was able to easily lift InuYasha by the throat into the air with one hand in one of their earlier encounters. In addition, Sesshomaru was seen carrying the boulder-sized demon head of Goshinki in one hand with little-to-no effort. In the InuYasha profiles manga, Rumiko stated that Sesshomaru has Herculean strength, even with only one arm; his strength with only one arm is equal to InuYasha's full strength: the very least of InuYasha's strength allows him to lift a 9 to 10 ton boulder with little effort; since Sesshomaru possesses all of InuYasha's strength in just one of his arms, Sesshomaru would easily be able to lift double that or far more at the least with just one arm.

Superhuman Survival: The Joker has cheated death more than just about any other character in comics, even in seemingly inescapable and lethal situations. Though he has been seen to "die" through explosions, has been repeatedly shot, dropped from heights and through various other means, the Joker always manages to return fully alive and unscathed to wreak havoc again.

Suzaku: An attack that's so fast, even one of the Four Emperors can barely follow the attack's path. A fiery phoenix surrounds Kyo as he cuts his into his opponent. If the first attack does not kill his opponent or is turned aside somehow, a second attack with twice as much power, is used immediately.

Tailspin: Spin it! Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh! Ahem. Conker can hover for a few seconds by spining his tail like a helicopter blade. So spin it...Tale Spin!

Tatsumaki: Translated as Dragon Twister. Zoro spins with his swords to create a dragon-like tornado. If the opponent can still successfully move after the attack, they will lose a significant amount of blood.

Teleportation: Sesshomaru's ability to morph into a ball of energy and move himself (and small amounts of other material, including other living beings) over great distances in a short amount of time.

Tora Gari: Translated as Tiger Hunt. Zoro puts his hand swords over his mouth blade and swings forward with them.

Tou Rou Nagashi: Translated as Bleeding the Wolf. Zoro leans toward the opponent, using two of his swords to block the opponent's attacks while cutting through the opponent's stomach with the third.

Ushi Bari: Translated as Bull Horns. Executes a multi-hit running attack with two swords held out like a bull's horns.

Whip of Light: Sesshomaru can generate a thin, whip like strand of yellow energy from his fingertips that can slice through almost anything. This attack was only in the anime and not in the manga, possibly as an alternate way of getting his hands on Tessaiga in one part of the anime. The whip also displays characteristics of poison akin to the burning effect it has on contact, possibly an extension of his claw attack.

Yaki Oni Giri: Translated as Burning Demon Slash. A variation of the Oni Giri where Zoro's swords are on fire. Should this attack connect, the opponent will also be set on fire. Gag: Since "Oni Giri" can mean "rice ball", with "Yaka" added, it means "grilled rice ball".
